Privacy Policy
SimplyCubed (“we,” “us”) builds custom AI automation for businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit https://simplycubed.com, book a call, or apply for a role, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, work email, company, and what you'd like to automate. When you browse the site, our hosting provider and any analytics tools may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare for and conduct discovery calls, deliver our services, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to run our business — for example, scheduling and calendar tools, email, and website hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
Client data & engagements
During an engagement, we may access systems and data you authorize (for example, your CRM or help desk) solely to build and operate the agreed automations. We apply least-privilege access, scope permissions to the work, and remove access on request or at the end of the engagement.
Job applications
When you apply for a role, we collect what you submit: your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, résumé, and your answers to the application questions, along with standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use this information only to evaluate your application and to contact you about it. We store it securely and delete it automatically after 180 days. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your application data at any time by emailing hello@simplycubed.com.
Automated (AI) processing of applications
For some roles, and only if you give explicit consent when you apply, we may use automated AI systems to help review applications, for example to summarize a résumé, assist you with the form, and produce a fit summary. These systems include services from Google (Gemini) and Cloudflare, which run on infrastructure in the United States, so for this purpose your application data is transferred to and processed outside Japan. The United States is not designated by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission as providing a level of protection equivalent to Japan's; we rely on data-processing agreements that require appropriate safeguards, and on your consent. A member of our team makes every hiring decision; AI outputs are decision support only. You can ask us to review or contest any AI-assisted assessment, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can withdraw consent for AI processing of a job application, by emailing hello@simplycubed.com.
